Suspension is poetry in motion. For me, is about having control in that moment. The control to let go and just be. It’s the one thing that’s yours and no one else can touch. I’m able to feel grounded and connected to my body and it’s the only time I’ve ever been able to look at myself and feel beautiful. It’s truly an art form that allows me to express vulnerability while still feeling powerful.
The Church of Suspension and the NGN Team have been so wonderful and supportive through my suspension journey. With them, I have found a community that allows me to feel seen and appreciated. They have helped me through some of the darkest times in my life and I will be forever grateful.
