Suspension, whether performing or facilitating, has been the most rewarding thing I've experienced thus far in my career. The release and lessons it taught me through facing fear and pain. They are unreal, and I've never achieved through anything else in life thus far. Now that I'm able to help facilitate and assist with No Gimmicks Needed Suspension, it's even more rewarding and beautiful to help others achieve these things as well. Each suspension is different, and I think it gives you what you need at that moment. It's a very beautiful and spiritual thing, and I believe everyone should at least try it once.
