I started suspending and performing with NGN in 2022. To say the least, it was life changing. To some it sounds crazy, but everything gets easier after suspending. It makes me feel worthy. It makes me feel strong. It makes me feel the best parts of being alive. Love and connection, passion, personal growth, beauty, meaningful contribution, inclusion, safety, trust… just to name a few. Often times society places many restrictions and limitations as to what a disabled person can or cannot do. I don’t have to worry about that at all when I suspend. Frankie said it best, “all bodies are suspension bodies.” I feel and embody that wholeheartedly. - Bentli
